Today we spent the day exploring the island a little bit-and we went to the beach 3 times! First thing this morning we found our way to the beach. The kids ran right in, and we all took a long walk down the beach. Matthew fell asleep almost instantly, so Steve and I passed him back and forth, and took turns shell searching. There are SO MANY shells here. We had read it was the place to be if you love shelling-but the overabundance is amazing. We also found the two resort pools (which we are welcome to use, but not sure if we will because our house has a pool). If we weren't exploring or at the beach today, we were in our pool chilaxin'. A storm rolled in during the afternoon, but we just ate an early dinner while it passed. Then we went back to the beach to watch the sunset-again, amazing. Steve let Jason drive the golf cart, which he has been begging to do since we got here. I have a video of it below-Steve was the only one brave enough to stay in the cart with him. Just after we got out of the cart I heard Steve yell: "No, your other left!!" We are having so much fun, and tomorrow we will meet Bethany and Chris. Can't wait to show them the island and the house, and introduce them to Matthew!
